The client brought me a cookbook that had belonged to her grandmother. It was in pretty bad shape and inside it there were handwritten notes of recipes.
The booklets were reinforced, the edges of the same were “cleaned”, sewed and new covers were created with a special fabric, called “mocador de fer farcells” in Catalan. The headbands were also made with the same cloth and an inner pocket was made to store the notes found.
